Program Description
By opting into Prosper AI Solutions Alerts, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Prosper AI Solutions. These may include appointment reminders, order updates, service notifications, and occasional promotional messages. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with our services.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the "STOP" message, we will send you a reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Once this is confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions
If you wish to start receiving messages again, simply re-enroll in the program the same way you did initially (e.g., by filling out a form or texting a keyword). We will then resume sending SMS messages to you.
